Uncooked plum pudding

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cooked prunes, finely chopped
1 cup Grapenuts or rolled graham crackers
2 cups Boiling water
½ teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Gelatin
2 tablespoons Corn sirup
4 tablespoons Fruit juice
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Finely shredded citron
1 cup Raisins
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ cup Cold water
½ teaspoon Allspice
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 \N Egg whites, stiffly beaten

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Add all ingredients except egg whites. Mix thoroughly. Chill until partially set. Fold in egg whites. Pour into long shallow pan. Chill until firm. Cut in squares with sharp knife. Serve with whipped cream. 8 servings.
