Yield: 4 Servings
|2 cans||(20 Oz.) whole seedless lychee draine|
|8 ounces||Cream cheese; softened|
|2½ ounce||Crystallized ginger; finely chopped|
|\N \N||Chopped macadamia nuts; (garnish)|
Combine cream cheese and ginger. Stuff mixture into lychee with small spoon, butter knife or a pastry bag. Chill. Garnish and serve. Makes 3 dozen.
