2cans(20 Oz.) whole seedless lychee draine
8ouncesCream cheese; softened
ounceCrystallized ginger; finely chopped
Chopped macadamia nuts; (garnish)

Directions

Combine cream cheese and ginger. Stuff mixture into lychee with small spoon, butter knife or a pastry bag. Chill. Garnish and serve. Makes 3 dozen.
