Stuffed lychee

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans (20 Oz.) whole seedless lychee draine
8 ounces Cream cheese; softened
2½ ounce Crystallized ginger; finely chopped
\N \N Chopped macadamia nuts; (garnish)

Combine cream cheese and ginger. Stuff mixture into lychee with small spoon, butter knife or a pastry bag. Chill. Garnish and serve. Makes 3 dozen.
