Lychee appetizer

Measure Ingredient
1 can (20 oz) lychee; drained
1 tablespoon Salted cashews; chopped
2½ ounce Crabmeat; (canned or fresh, cooked)
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Shoyu
1 \N Green onion chopped
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
\N \N Red ginger; garnish

Combine everything but lychee and ginger. Pack mixture into lychee. Top each lychee with red (good luck color) ginger . Chill well. Arrange on shredded lettuce and serve.
