Lychee appetizer

1 | can | (20 oz) lychee; drained |
1 | tablespoon | Salted cashews; chopped |
2½ | ounce | Crabmeat; (canned or fresh, cooked) |
1 | tablespoon | Mayonnaise |
1 | teaspoon | Shoyu |
1 | Green onion chopped | |
2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
Red ginger; garnish |
Directions
Combine everything but lychee and ginger. Pack mixture into lychee. Top each lychee with red (good luck color) ginger . Chill well. Arrange on shredded lettuce and serve.
