Lychee appetizer

Ingredients

| 1 | can | (20 oz) lychee; drained |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salted cashews; chopped |
| 2½ | ounce | Crabmeat; (canned or fresh, cooked) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | teaspoon | Shoyu |
| 1 | Green onion chopped | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
| Red ginger; garnish | ||
Directions
Combine everything but lychee and ginger. Pack mixture into lychee. Top each lychee with red (good luck color) ginger . Chill well. Arrange on shredded lettuce and serve.
