Dried beef quiche - president's inaugural brunch oct 1981

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 ounces Dried beef shredded
5 ounces Gruyere cheese grated
5 ounces Cheddar cheese grated
5 ounces Gouda cheese grated
4 \N Eggs
2½ cup Light cream
2 tablespoons Onions finely chopped
1 \N Pie pastry

1. Roll pie pastry to fit bottom of spring form pan 2. Toss cheeses, beef, onions to disperse evenly.Place mixture onto pie pastry.

3. Whisk eggs and cream; pour over cheese mixture.

4. Bake 325 F for ½ hour, reduce temperarure to 275 F and bake for additional 1 hour.
