5ouncesGruyere cheese grated
5ouncesCheddar cheese grated
5ouncesGouda cheese grated
4Eggs
cupLight cream
2tablespoonsOnions finely chopped
1Pie pastry

Directions

1. Roll pie pastry to fit bottom of spring form pan 2. Toss cheeses, beef, onions to disperse evenly.Place mixture onto pie pastry.

3. Whisk eggs and cream; pour over cheese mixture.

4. Bake 325 F for ½ hour, reduce temperarure to 275 F and bake for additional 1 hour.
