Stuffed apricots

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 125 gram ful fat cream cheese; (4oz)
3 tablespoons Creme fraiche
2 teaspoons Lemon rind
500 grams Fresh apricots; stoned and halved
; or 250g bag of
; dried ready to eat
; apricots (1lb)
15 grams Pistachio nuts; chopped ( 1/2 oz)

Mix the cream cheese, creme fraiche and lemon rind together, spoon into a piping bag fitted with a star or plain nozzle.

Pipe onto the fresh apricot halves, or on the dried apricots. Sprinkle over the pistachio nuts to decorate. Converted by MC_Buster.
