500gramsFresh apricots; stoned and halved

15gramsPistachio nuts; chopped ( 1/2 oz)

Directions

Mix the cream cheese, creme fraiche and lemon rind together, spoon into a piping bag fitted with a star or plain nozzle.

Pipe onto the fresh apricot halves, or on the dried apricots. Sprinkle over the pistachio nuts to decorate. Converted by MC_Buster.
