Baked apricots

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
2cans(29-oz) peeled apricot halves; drained
1Stick butter; melted
½cupApricot juice
1Box (9-oz) Ritz crackers
cupBrown sugar
Cinnamon

Directions

Grease shallow 2-quart casserole. Layer with apricots. Add brown sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with crushed cracker crumbs. Pour butter and apricot juice over. Bake at 300 for 25-30 minutes.
