Baked apricots

| 2 | cans | (29-oz) peeled apricot halves; drained |
| 1 | Stick butter; melted | |
| ½ | cup | Apricot juice |
| 1 | Box (9-oz) Ritz crackers | |
| ⅔ | cup | Brown sugar |

Directions
Grease shallow 2-quart casserole. Layer with apricots. Add brown sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with crushed cracker crumbs. Pour butter and apricot juice over. Bake at 300 for 25-30 minutes.
