Baked apricots

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans (29-oz) peeled apricot halves; drained
1 \N Stick butter; melted
½ cup Apricot juice
1 \N Box (9-oz) Ritz crackers
⅔ cup Brown sugar
\N \N Cinnamon

Grease shallow 2-quart casserole. Layer with apricots. Add brown sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with crushed cracker crumbs. Pour butter and apricot juice over. Bake at 300 for 25-30 minutes.
