Stroganoff deep dish

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
½ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Dairy sour cream
¼ cup Catsup
2 \N Eggs
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can (4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces; drained
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
½ cup Cold water

Heat oven to 375º. Grease rectangular 13x9x2 pan. Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Mix sour cream, catsup, eggs and soup with fork until well blended. Stir in beef mixture and mushrooms. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.

Press dough in bottom and 1 inch up sides of pan with fingers floured with baking mix. Spread beef mixture over dough. Bake until crust is light brown and beef mixture is set, 25-30 minutes. Serves 6 (From: Bisquick favorites of past and present)
