Measure | Ingredient |

5 ounces | Japanese-style soft silken tofu, chilled and cubed |
2 cups | Fresh or frozen fruit; one or more varieties of choice |
1 tablespoon | Honey; (up to 2), or brown rice syrup |
½ teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth.
