Strawberry almond sunflower squares~

Ingredients

Flour
¼cupWheat germ
½cupGranola
2tablespoonsButter -- melted
2Eggs -- beaten
1cupAlmonds -- chopped
½cupUnsweetened strawberry
Preserves -- (Sorrell Ridge is a brand)
1teaspoonVanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 325F.

In a bowl, combine the sunflower flour, wheat germ, and granola. Add the melted butter and mix together.

In another bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, almonds, preserves, and vanilla.

Press one cup of the crumb mixture in an 8-inch-square baking pan lined with parchment paper or greased with a mixture of liquid lecithin and oil. Spoon the strawberry-almond mixture over the crumb crust and top with the remaining crumbs. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Cool slightly, then cut into 1-inch squares.
