½ cup Barley flour
1¾ cup Bread flour w/
1 tablespoon Gluten in bottom of cup
¾ cup Med rye flour
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Sugar
1½ tablespoon Dry milk
3 teaspoons Caraway seeds
2 teaspoons Dried onion
2 teaspoons Dry yeast

This is a tasty; chewy bread.
