Rice and veggies stir fry

1Green onion; (including tops)
1Cucumber
3Gloves of garlic; (minced)
2tablespoonsSoy Sauce
1teaspoonHoney
¼teaspoonGinger
2cupsCooked rice; (any kind, brown, white, basitmi)

Directions

Saute all veggies together in skillet (water, or 2 teaspoon of olive oil) until tender. Add soy sauce, honey and ginger then add rice.* *I eat seafood so I sauteed my shirmp (about 15 medium) with the veggies.
