Steve's spicy yogurt chicken

1tablespoonLemon juice
2teaspoonsDijon mustard
2teaspoonsHorseradish
1teaspoonGaram Masala
1tablespoonSoy sauce
2largesGarlic cloves, crushed
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonThyme
cupYogurt
cupPlain breadcrumbs
4eachesSkinless, boneless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE TONGS, USE

Put yogurt in medium-size bowl. Add lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, soy sauce, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Place breadcrumbs in separate bowl, adding Garam Masala, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip each breast first in yogurt mixture, covering top and bottom. Next, roll each piece in breadcrumbs, coating the chicken.
