Steve's spicy yogurt chicken

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Hands.
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Horseradish
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 larges Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Thyme
1½ cup Yogurt
1½ cup Plain breadcrumbs
4 eaches Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste


Put yogurt in medium-size bowl. Add lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, soy sauce, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Place breadcrumbs in separate bowl, adding Garam Masala, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip each breast first in yogurt mixture, covering top and bottom. Next, roll each piece in breadcrumbs, coating the chicken. Place chicken in baking pan, meaty side up, and bake 45-50 minutes in a 350 F. oven. Serves 4. From: Steve Herrick Source: [Vivid Imagination]
