2 teaspoons | Horseradish |
1 teaspoon | Garam Masala |
1 tablespoon | Soy sauce |
2 larges | Garlic cloves, crushed |
1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
½ teaspoon | Thyme |
1½ cup | Yogurt |
1½ cup | Plain breadcrumbs |
4 eaches | Skinless, boneless chicken breasts |

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE TONGS, USE
Put yogurt in medium-size bowl. Add lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, soy sauce, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Place breadcrumbs in separate bowl, adding Garam Masala, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip each breast first in yogurt mixture, covering top and bottom. Next, roll each piece in breadcrumbs, coating the chicken.
