refrigerate several hours ... enjoy with a clear conscience! Place bite size vegetables in steamer basket. Add 1 cup water to reservoir, cover and steam for approximately 20 minutes or until just crisp tender. Immediately remove from steamer and plunge into ice water to stop cooking process. Refrigerate.
