Measure | Ingredient |

1 tablespoon | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | Sherry |
1 tablespoon | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | Oyster sauce |
1 tablespoon | Oil |
2 teaspoons | Cornstarch |
¼ cup | Onion; chopped |
⅓ cup | Celery; sliced |
1 each | Red or Green pepper; seeded sliced into thin strips |
1 each | Tomato; diced |
Combine all ingredients except tomato in rice bowl. Add ⅔ cup water to reservoir, cover and steam from 14 to 16 minutes.
Add diced tomato and stir. Add 1 cup water to reservoir, cover and steam for 19 to 22 minutes.
Serves 4
Total steaming time: 33 to 38 minutes.
