Spinach quiche

| 1 | cup | Chopped ham |
| 1 | Pie shell, 9\" unbaked | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Onion |
| 3 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1 | cup | Half & half |
| 1 | pack | Creamed spinach |
| 1 | cup | Swiss cheese, grated |
Directions
Pat parmesan cheese on bottom of shell. Melt butter and add to remaining ingreds. Mix well and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 375 F. about 25-35 min., or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve hot.
