Spinach salad with tangy orange dressing

300gramsFresh spinach; bite-size pieces
2cupsMushrooms; sliced
3Slices bacon; cooked,chopped
½Red onion; thinly sliced

Directions

1. In small bowl, whisk together juice, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. (or place in jar and shake) 2. In large bowl, toss spinach, mushrooms, bacon and onion. Drizzle with dressing and toss.
