Spinach-orange salad

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Fresh orange juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | White pepper |
| 1 | bunch | Spinach leaves |
| ½ | cup | Sliced jicama |
| 2 | Oranges, peeled, bite sized | |
| 1 | Red onion, thinly sliced | |
Directions
In a small jar or blender, combine juices, paprika, garlic powder and pepper: shake or blend until mixed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.Wash spinach and tear into bite-sized pieces. Combine with prepared jicama, oranges and onion in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss.
