Spinach gorgonzola

Ingredients

1pack(10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1Carton (16 oz) small curd cottage cheese
8ouncesGorgonzola cheese, crumbled
¼cupButter, melted
3tablespoonsFlour
5Eggs, beaten

Directions

(I added some garlic powder and Tabasco sauce) Combine all ingredients. Pour into a buttered round casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes (or til nicely browned). Let set 10 minutes.
