Measure | Ingredient |

1 pack | (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
1 \N | Carton (16 oz) small curd cottage cheese |
8 ounces | Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled |
¼ cup | Butter, melted |
3 tablespoons | Flour |
5 \N | Eggs, beaten |
(I added some garlic powder and Tabasco sauce) Combine all ingredients. Pour into a buttered round casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes (or til nicely browned). Let set 10 minutes.
