Spinach gorgonzola

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 \N Carton (16 oz) small curd cottage cheese
8 ounces Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
¼ cup Butter, melted
3 tablespoons Flour
5 \N Eggs, beaten

(I added some garlic powder and Tabasco sauce) Combine all ingredients. Pour into a buttered round casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes (or til nicely browned). Let set 10 minutes.
