Spinach gorgonzola

Ingredients

| 1 | pack | (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
| 1 | Carton (16 oz) small curd cottage cheese | |
| 8 | ounces | Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled |
| ¼ | cup | Butter, melted |
| 3 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 5 | Eggs, beaten | |
Directions
(I added some garlic powder and Tabasco sauce) Combine all ingredients. Pour into a buttered round casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes (or til nicely browned). Let set 10 minutes.
