Spinach calzone pizzas

1 | Loaf frozen bread dough, thawed | |
8 | ounces | Fat-free Mozarella, shredded |
10 | ounces | Spinach, frozen chopped, thawed and well-drained |
6 | ounces | Tomato paste |
¼ | cup | Onion, finely chopped |
4 | ounces | Canned mushroom stems and pieces, drained |
1 | Garlic clove, minced or pressed | |
2 | tablespoons | Red wine |
Directions
Heat oven to 375 F. Divide bread dough into 6 equal pieces. On baking sheets sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, pat each piece into a 7" circle. Combine remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Spoon approximately ½ c. of mixture onto half of each circle. Fold dough over filling; moisten edges and press together with fork to seal. Cut small slit in top of each calzone; lightly spray with cooking spray.
Bake at 375 F. for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. 6 servings, each 322 calories, 22 g protein, 46 g carbo., 2 g total fat, ½ g saturated fat, 7 mg sodium, 616 mg sodium, 3 g fiber, 6% calories from fat.
