Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10 Oz) Frozen Chopped Spinach; Thawed And Drained
8 ounces (2 C) Shredded Pizza Blend Cheese
1 teaspoon Garlic Pepper
¾ cup Pizza Sauce
1 can (2 1/4 Oz) Sliced Ripe Olives; Drained

Divide dough into 6 portions. On floured work surface, roll each portion of dough into 7-inch circle; place on parchment-lined baking sheets. In medium bowl, toss together spinach, pizza cheese, and garlic pepper. Spoon spinach mixture evenly over half of each dough circle to within ½-inch of edge.

Top with 2 T pizza sauce and olives. Fold dough over filling; pinch to seal edges. Brush tops of calzones with milk. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

NOTES : These stuffed pizzas resemble savory turnovers. Use the easy-to-make dough, or thaw a package of frozen bread dough and shape as directed.
