Spicy tortilla

Measure Ingredient
1 carton Fresh spicy beans soup
1 \N Ripe but firm avocado
1 small Cart sour cream
1 pack Ready-made tortillas
1 \N Clove garlic; crushed
1 \N Red chilli; seeded and finely
\N \N ; chopped
6 \N Tomatoes; skinned, seeded and
\N \N ; finely chopped
3 tablespoons Fresh coriander; chopped
\N \N Drizzle of olive oil


Mix all the salsa ingredients together and leave to stand to allow the flavours to develop.

Heat the spicy beans soup and peel and slice the avocado.

Warm up the tortillas in the microwave, under the grill or over a gas flame, then serve together with the beans, avocado and salsa with a dollop of sour cream.
