Black bean tortilla

| Flour or Whole wheat tortilla | ||
| Non fat sour cream | ||
| Chopped onion, tomato, shredded lettuce, black olives and any other | ||

Directions
Heat black beans uncovered in the microwave for approximately 3 mins. When warm but not steaming hot scoop onto tortilla, add sour cream and chopped veggies, roll up and enjoy.
