Recipe by: Fresh Food Favorites Preparation Time: 0:15 In a skillet, combine mushrooms, onions, oil, and garlic. Cover and simmer until mushrooms are tender, stirring once. Add remaining ingredients except tortellini. Mix well. Re-cover, for 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is hot and flavors are blended, stirring once. Add tortellini. Re-cover and heat until tortellini are tender, stirring once. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
