Spicy sesame sauce - master chefs

Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Tahini, (sesame seed paste) + 1 tablespoon |
| ⅓ | cup | Vinegar, Chinese, rice |
| ⅓ | cup | Soy sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Oil, sesame |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic, finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oil, chili, hot |
| ½ | teaspoon | Peppercorns, Szechwan, ground |
Directions
Use a processor or blender to combine sauce ingredients. Set aside.
