Spicy sesame sauce - master chefs

cupVinegar, Chinese, rice
cupSoy sauce
¼cupSugar
tablespoonOil, sesame
1tablespoonGarlic, finely chopped
1tablespoonOil, chili, hot
½teaspoonPeppercorns, Szechwan, ground

Directions

Use a processor or blender to combine sauce ingredients. Set aside.
