| 30 | millilitres | Double cream |
| 1 | Squeeze lemon juice | |
| 2 | Naan breads | |
Directions
1 Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic and spices. Fry for a few minutes. Add the okra with 150ml/ ¼ pt Water and bring to the boil.
2 Stir in the chillies and cauliflower and cook until tender. A few minutes before serving, stir in the cream and lemon juice. Serve with the naan bread toasted on a griddle.
