15millilitresVegetable oil
2Garlic cloves; chopped
1Pinches turmeric; curry powder,
; ground cumin,
; chilli powder and
; cardamom
75gramsOkra; sliced
2Chillies; chopped
50gramsCauliflower florets
30millilitresDouble cream
1Squeeze lemon juice
2Naan breads

Directions

1 Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic and spices. Fry for a few minutes. Add the okra with 150ml/ ¼ pt Water and bring to the boil.

2 Stir in the chillies and cauliflower and cook until tender. A few minutes before serving, stir in the cream and lemon juice. Serve with the naan bread toasted on a griddle.
