Spicy homemade sausage

Measure Ingredient
10 pounds Ground pork
10 tablespoons Lawry's seasoning salt
4½ tablespoon White pepper
2 teaspoons Marjoram
2 teaspoons Savory
2 teaspoons All spice
2 teaspoons Coriander
2 teaspoons Mace
2 teaspoons Ground powdered clove
2 teaspoons Sage 4 slices bacon

With electric food grinder, grind pork and bacon slices. Add all above ingredients and mix with hands until well blended in. With meat press, make
