Spicy beer marinade

Yield: 3 cups

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Lager beer
1 cup Beef broth
1 teaspoon Thyme leaves, fresh
3 \N Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 \N Bay leaves, crumbled
¾ teaspoon Black peppercorns, freshly cracked
¼ cup Parsley, chopped fresh

Combine all of the ingredients in a nonreactive bowl.
