Spicy jerky marinade

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Soy sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons | Finely minced garlic |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
| 6 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sherry |
| 3 | pounds | Lean meat, cut in strips |
| Tabasco sauce (optional) | ||
Directions
Mix ingredients. Marinate in refregerator for at least 6 hours before drying.
