Spicy jerky marinade

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 cup Soy sauce
2 teaspoons Finely minced garlic
¾ teaspoon Ground ginger
6 tablespoons Brown sugar
3 tablespoons Sherry
3 pounds Lean meat, cut in strips
Tabasco sauce (optional)

Mix ingredients. Marinate in refregerator for at least 6 hours before drying.
