Spicy bean soup

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Tomato puree
½ cup Baked beans; (from can)
1 \N Capsicum chopped
1 \N Spring onion with greens chopped
1 \N Celery stick chopped
1 \N Tomato chopped
1 slice Bread toasted and broken to bits
1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Red chilli garlic sauce
½ cup Boiled rice
\N \N Salt to taste
\N \N Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Butter or oil
3 cups Water or vegetable stock

Heat butter, add capsicum, spring onion, celery, stir fry till tender.

Add beans, tomato, stir for a minute or two.

Add puree, stir for further 3-4 minutes. Add stock.

Bring to a boil. Add rice. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Add bread pieces, sauces, salt and pepper.

Serve hot.
