Spicy tomato and bean soup

Ingredients

| 15 | ounces | Can spicy chili beans | 
| 2 | cans | Vegetable juice (6 oz ea) | 
| 14½ | ounce | Can diced tomatoes | 
| 10 | ounces | Pkg frozen corn | 
| ⅓ | cup | Sliced green onions | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh cilantro, chopped | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Chili powder | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Sour cream | 
Directions
Combine all ingredients except sour cream in large saucepan and mix well. 
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Top each serving with sour cream.
