Quick sweet and sour prawns

Ingredients

200 grams Raw peeled prawns
1 Tomato
1 small Can pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons Sweet and sour sauce
1 tablespoon Plum sauce

Directions

Clean prawns and slit down the back but not all the way through. Cut tomato into quarters. Blend sweet and sour sauce and plum sauce with half a can of pineapple juice. Add pineapple chunks and tomato and cook for 1 minute. Add prawns and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot with plain rice.
