Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese, cubed |
| 10½ | ounce | Cream of mushroom soup, can ned, condensed |
| 12 | ounces | Whole kernel corn, can, drained |
| 2 | ounces | Jar pimiento, drained & chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
Directions
1. In a large, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl, brown meat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes. Stir occasionally to break up meat chunks. 2. Drain excess fat.
3. Add onions and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until onion
is tender.
4. Add remaining ingredients to meat mixture. Pour into a shallow, 2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish.
5. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 9 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
