Spanish pie

Measure Ingredient
6 pounds Spinach
2 cans Spam ham
2 \N Eggs
\N \N Salt
1 \N Already made pie crust
2 \N Chopped onions

You cook spinach in salt water, then when cooked, you drain and chop up.

Then you saute onions, then you add spinach and add diced ham and a pinch of salt to taste. When mixture is cool, add raw eggs and mix well. Then you fill already made pie crust with mixture. Put pie in oven for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Note: Appetizer.
