Yield: 12 Servings
|1 cup||(heaping) nuts|
|1 cup||Raisins; plumped|
|2||Unbaked pie shells|
Cream butter and sugar together. Beat egg yolks and mix well with creamed ingredients. Add other ingredients except the egg whites; mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into two unbaked pie shells, Bake in a moderate oven until set. Serves 12.
