Spaghetti salad with balsamic dressing

6Green onions, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
4Italian plum tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
4ouncesMozzarella cheese, diced
(1 cup )
¼cupOlive oil
¼cupBalsamic vinegar
1teaspoonSugar
½teaspoonDried basil leaves
¼teaspoonSalt

Directions

SALAD:

DRESSING:

Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse in cold water to cool.

In medium bowl, combine cooked spaghetti and all remaining salad ingredients.

In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Add to salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. Yield: 8 (¾-cup) servings. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@...
