4 | cans | (29 oz.) tomatoe sauce |
2 | cans | (12 oz.) tomatoe paste |
2 | cups | Warm water |
2 | Cloves garlic | |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
⅓ | cup | Olive oil |
1 | tablespoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Oregano |
2 | Bay leaves remove befor cooking | |
2 | mediums | Onions chopped |
2 | pounds | Hamburger |
Grated cheese for the top |
Directions
Brown meat, onion, garlic in sauce pan. In a stew pot add remaining ingriedents, heat to a boil, reduce heat and then simmer for 2-3 hours, stirring frequently.
