| 2 | tablespoons | Tamari |
| ½ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
"This glorious, original spread from the Motherlode in Oregon can be served by itself as a sandwich spread or used as a vegetable substitute for mayonnaise."
Combine soy flour and water in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Then lower heat, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Add remaining ingredients.
