Southwestern rice casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Water |
| 1 | cup | Chunky salsa -- divided |
| 1½ | cup | Instant rice |
| ¾ | cup | Sour cream |
| 4 | ounces | Green chiles -- chopped |
| 1 | cup | Cheddar cheese -- shredded |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium saucepan, bring water and ½ cup salsa to a boil. Stir in rice; remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and remaining ½ cup salsa into the rice. Pour into an 8" square baking pan. Spread green chilies over tice and top with cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
