Southwestern cheese cake

16 | ounces | Cream cheese (soften) |
2 | cups | Grated cheddar cheese |
1½ | pack | Taco seasoning |
3 | Eggs (room temperature) | |
1 | 4 oz can chopped green | |
Chilies (drained) | ||
⅔ | cup | Salsa |
Directions
Combine cheese, beat until fluffy. Stir in 1 cup sour cream & taco seasoning. Beat in eggs one at a time. Fold in green chilis. Pour into a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Remove & cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Spoon the remaining 1 cup of sour cream over top-spread gently. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Take out of oven & cool on wire rack. When cool, regrigerate until ready to serve. To serve remove outer side of pan - top with salsa.
Serve with Toritilla chips.
