Southwestern cheese cake

Measure Ingredient
16 ounces Cream cheese (soften)
2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
1½ pack Taco seasoning
3 \N Eggs (room temperature)
1 \N 4 oz can chopped green
\N \N Chilies (drained)
⅔ cup Salsa

Combine cheese, beat until fluffy. Stir in 1 cup sour cream & taco seasoning. Beat in eggs one at a time. Fold in green chilis. Pour into a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Remove & cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Spoon the remaining 1 cup of sour cream over top-spread gently. Return to oven for 5 minutes.

Take out of oven & cool on wire rack. When cool, regrigerate until ready to serve. To serve remove outer side of pan - top with salsa.

Serve with Toritilla chips.
