Southwest cactus salad

Measure Ingredient
15 ounces Jar Nopalitos, drained,
Rinsed, and diced
4 Green Onions, ends trimmed,
¾ pounds Roma Tomatoes, cored and
Finely chopped
¼ cup Lime Juice
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, minced

In a bowl, combine nopalitosm onions, tomatoes, lime juice, and cilantro. Mix and season to taste with salt. Serve, or cover and chill up to 2 days.
