Southwest bean and corn salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup KRAFT FREE Thousand Island Fat Free Dressing
¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
4 cups Torn mixed salad greens
16 ounces Black beans rinsed drained
10 ounces Frozen corn thawed drained
½ cup Julienne-cut red pepper
½ cup Thinly sliced red onion

MIX dressing and black pepper.

ARRANGE greens on serving plate. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with dressing mixture.
