Sourdough pancakes #2

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Active Starter
1 each Large Egg
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
¼ cup Instant Or Evaporate Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 tablespoons Sugar

Mix ingredients together and let the mixture bubble and foam a minute or two, then drop on hot griddle in large spoonfuls.
