Sourdough pancakes

Yield: 28 pancakes

Measure Ingredient
1 cup All-purpose flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
1½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 Beaten egg
1 cup Starter
½ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Cooking oil

In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.

Combien egg, the 1 cup starter, milk, and oil; stir into flour mixture till combined. Using 2 tablespoonfuls batter for each pancake, bake on hit, lightly greased griddle till golden brown; turn once.
