Home made sour cream*

Yield: 1 pint

Measure Ingredient
1 pint Sweet cream (scant)
2 tablespoons Yogurt

Place sweet cream in a clean jar. Add yogurt. Mix and set in a warm place overnight or until thickened. Refrigerate.
