1 tablespoon Mustard
1½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Dried basil
¼ teaspoon Dried thyme leaves, crumbled
1 Onion, chpd
½ cup Celery, chpd w/leaves
¼ cup Parsley, chpd
2 pounds Ground beef
