1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Put rice noodles in a bowl and sprinkle with water and add sauce. Cover and cook for 1 and a half minutes in microwave.

Serve topped with sliced chilli and spring onions.

Other toppings you may like to try: crispy fried onions, crisp fried shallots, coriander, chopped basil and mint, chopped cooked chicken, seared sliced beef.
