Salad with rice noodles

Chopped green onions (no amount given; I used 1 bunch) (up to)
4Boneless; skinless chicken breasts grilled or broiled (up to)
4tablespoonsPoppy seeds (I used 2 tablespoons)
Chinese rice noodles (chow mein noodles also work)
½cupOil
4tablespoonsRed wine vinegar (up to)
4tablespoonsSugar (I used 3)
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper

Date: Thu, 18 Jul 1996 08:43:08 -0400 Make dressing ahead, shake well and chill.

Mix salad ingredients together except noodles, add those just before serving.

Shake dressing again just before pouring over salad then mix it in so everything is coated.

NOTE: It doesn't look like enough dressing for all that salad, but it is and tastes great. Hope you enjoy it.
