|Chopped green onions (no amount given; I used 1 bunch) (up to)|
|4||Boneless; skinless chicken breasts grilled or broiled (up to)|
|4 tablespoons||Poppy seeds (I used 2 tablespoons)|
|Chinese rice noodles (chow mein noodles also work)|
|4 tablespoons||Red wine vinegar (up to)|
|4 tablespoons||Sugar (I used 3)|

Date: Thu, 18 Jul 1996 08:43:08 -0400 Make dressing ahead, shake well and chill.
Mix salad ingredients together except noodles, add those just before serving.
Shake dressing again just before pouring over salad then mix it in so everything is coated.
NOTE: It doesn't look like enough dressing for all that salad, but it is and tastes great. Hope you enjoy it.
