Smoky caesar salad with chile croutons

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Sweet curly Romaine leaves; washed, dried, and
\N \N ; torn in large pieces
½ cup Smoky Caesar Dressing; see * Note
\N \N Chile Croutons; see * Note
¼ cup Queso Anejo cheese
8 \N Anchovy fillets

Place the Romaine leaves in a large bowl. Add the Chile Croutons and Queso Anejo, then drizzle with Smoky Caesar Dressing. Toss lightly to combine.

Serve on salad plates topped with anchovies. This recipe yields 4 servings.
