Smokestack's cheesy corn bake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter
4 teaspoons All-purpose flour
teaspoon Garlic powder
¾ cup Milk
6 ounces Sharp american cheese, shredded (1.5 cups)
1 pack Cream cheese (3 oz)
3 packs Frozen whole kernel corn (10 oz each), thawed
3 ounces Diced ham

Directions

In a large sauce pan, melt butter. Stir in flour and garlic powder. Add milk all at once.

Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

Stir in cheeses. Cook and stir over medium heat until melted.

Sitr in the corn and ham. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
