Smith house rolls

Measure Ingredient

1 pack Yeast
1½ cup Lukewarm water
2 \N Eggs; unbeaten
4 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Crisco oil
4½ cup Plain flour

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add other ingredients, adding flour last. Make a soft dough; knead lightly; set aside in a warm place until double. Roll out on a floured surface, cut with round cutter. Toll in melted butter and fold over. Let rise again 30-35 minutes. Bake at 400~ for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
